It does take a sim card and that is included with the phone. The phone is clean and ready to use.

F&W is this android? Im totally an isiot when it comes to new technology! I have straight talk touch screen w WiFi but it barely does a thing & won't download a thing! Except for a few games for $4.99 & NOT ITunes or anything like that to download apps. Thanks in advance for any extra information!

This is not an android phone. u can not download apps. I tried it would'nt let me. It does come with some apps pre-loaded from straight talk such as; facebook and myspace.

I do not own this but I know it is NOT an android. Also go to www.straighttalk.com and look under support/map and put in your zip code. It will tell you if this phone will work in your area or not. I think this phone runs off att towers but since I do not own this listing I'm not 100% sure

You are correct it is NOT an android phone. Thanks for the link post. This is my first sell on this site. In this area Straight talk re-sells verizon at a cheper cost. I am not sure about other areas.
