Common Questions

I referred friends, but didn't get my credits. Why?

Your referral must list and complete their first auction in order for you to get your referral bonus. We need the auction to finish in order to calculate the entire referral bonus since it is based on a percentage of the final auction value.

How do I delete an auction?

If an auction does not have any bids on it you can delete it by clicking "My Account" then under "Auction Listed" there is a link to delete the auction.

My auction status is "pending", what does that mean?

Sellers that don't have their wings badge must go through a different process before getting their credits after an auction has ended. For more details and examples click here.
