IT'S NOT EASY. Just letting everyone know. P90X is HARD and you have to work HARD to get results. YOu have to stick to a good, healthy diet, you have to give everything you've got and you WILL struggle. P90X is not easy like other programs. P90X will kick your butt up one side and down the other if you go into it thinking it will be "fun" and "an easy way to get in shape."

I hope I win! I need a lifestyle change so I can lose the excess weight I need to lose, learn how to exercise daily and help my health! With Fibromyalgia it's hard to exercise, but so necessary. My excess weight is literally not helping me.

Just as a note to everyone putting points in on this that won't win: you don't need a specialized program to get in shape. You need to dedicate yourself to going for long walks, cutting fatty foods, limiting sugar and caloric intake and, most importantly, you need to believe that you can do it and only YOU can make it happen. Not Tony Horton, not Shaun T: YOU. Don't have a treadmill? Roads don't exist to be gawked at. No weights? Furniture. No machines? Gravity works wonders for crunches and push-ups. No stair machine? Climb some real stairs, a tree, who cares just go UP. No money for healthy food? Then no money for poptarts. Coupons. Subway. Excuses? I can't hear you. Harsh? You don't see success by wishing.

ITS ALL IN GODS HANDS .. and as far as working out which ive done for over 30 years and have done basic daily things without investing 1 penny you can only peak so much for 1 and some people dont know how to put a hardcore program together without the help of others ..
