By the way, when you are adding essential oils to your bath, add the oil to the bath salt (or bath oil) first, and then add it to the water. Otherwise, it won't mix into the water, and depending on the oil, it could be very uncomfortable.

My boyfriend always talks about these and I've tried a few oils including peppermint oil (not sure what company) but always makes me feel better when my stomach is upset. (^_^)

Peppermint is good for that! We also have a blend called Di-gest that is amazing for upset stomach. I haven't been sick since I've had it, and my stomach usually goes first!

By the way, try rubbing peppermint oil on bruises to get them to heal faster. Also you can rub it on your temples when you have a headache. It works really well for that too.

Lavender! Be Young has a powerful one. Also you can add one or more of these oils: Chamomile (Roman or German), Marjoram, Sandalwood, Gratitude blend and QuietScent blend.

Also, for typical headaches you can use these 3 oils together-- peppermint (for circulation), lavender (for calming) and marjoram (for muscle tension).

You might try our Spice for Life oil. It's like Thieves oil (anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal), but supercharged. Also Eucalyptus oil is good for building the immune system.
