When an auction ends and there is disagreement between the buyer and/or seller, an auction dispute can be filed and Listia can step in to solve the auction dispute. Auction winners may file a dispute 2 days after the auction has ended.

When an auction is being disputed, auction messaging can be limited by any party involved (Buyer, Seller, or Admin). When this limiting is in effect, buyer and seller messages will be visible only by the Admin.
