In the description she says she is shipping with delivery confirmation that's why .95 is half the cost. Putting a stamp on it doesn't get her the proof the winner got it. A couple of my friends that do coupons on here are having trouble with people saying they DIDNT get their coupons and they are starting to do the same thing. So because of those dishonest people this is what they have to do now.....

I certainly agree with you on the REAL confirmation prices that you can actually track online. I'm still have the post office search for a small package sent first class with their free tracking # that you can't check online and they're now emailing the lower part of the state and I'm having to send pictures and price of the missing item from 3 weeks ago?! Yes, I'd certainly pay the 95 cents to make sure for both sides! Of course the person passing because of thinking half the cost is funny, umm, isn't a stamp .46 cents now? Not nice of me, sorry, may be the 4 disputes in one week for people disappearing after you bid! Wonderful, terrific auction! :)
