you just plug you device into it. no cords needed. the last pic shows the plug thingy. someone gave it to me and I have no need for it, I wish I did cause its awesome lol

no cords needed. if it's not compatible with your device, I believe there is a converter you can buy.

no. that plugs directly into the PDA. if you need a converter they sell them. a USB does not fit there.
