There should be a box as I remember on the left side after you are logged in..scroll way down..click on verify..then there are several options to get verified such as twitter,facebook,phone(this one would not work for me)
and connecting with your paypal or bank by buying a dollar worth of points. I hope it works for you..I am just learning this site as well.
