Im close to downtown Houston which is just up 288. I do not know if the phone can be flashed to another carrier or not... you would have to check with other carriers. As I mentioned before in my other comment. Usually, carriers tell you as long as there is no SIM card, the phone can be flashed. But I personally can not guarantee that.

The phone is in good condition. As stated in the description the phone has been used. The only thing that is "wrong" with this phone... I prefer HTC and when I had the money I upgraded to an HTC phone.

I am unsure about the phone being flashed. Usually, carriers will tell you as long as the phone does not use a sim card it can be flashed. And, no, Im sorry, Im too new to Listia for the "Get It Now" option.
