When richard signed this for me, is was made out to me char. i never used it ever. it has been sealed in the blue box until i took it out to take pictures of it. i have another one that i used all the time. wonderful low fat scrumptious recipes in here that have helped me along with my weight loss journey! richard is an inspiring person who cares about peoples health and well being. he motivates woman, men, and children to be better, eat healthier, and to exercise by having fun!

HI all, I was hoping to get out of the hospital before this ended. I need to add picture of the other cookbooks. I went to hospital by ambulance on Wednesday, have pleurisy! Very painful infection in the lining of your lung walls. There are some awesome recipes in there!Cheesecake is fab

Please share one of your favorite recipe's of richards that you use over and over. my favorite is the cheesecake, and in one of his other cookbooks is the not fried chicken using total or cornflakes on the chicken. soooo goood.
