Yes it is free shipping. I can make sizes preemie-2x. To give you a size reference, my 20lb baby wears a large over her bulky overnight diaper and a medium over a regular fitted.

yup! I love these especially for the extra protection they offer for overnight! Nothing else but wool worked and wool is not cheap!
