It has jerusalem on the back imprinted. i do not know what the metal is i acquired it as a gift . this is very pretty but i don't wear this style i don't care for necklaces anyhow.. this is simulated stones if real i do not know but i do know they are not beads or glass i know my gemstones. if they are sapphires they are very fine in color. the chain is not as fancy it looks like a simple chain . i am starting the bid at 5000 but bid above i am donating the entire amount to st. jude
