WOW...was about all I could say after watching this Epic Film for the first time. i had heard Jeff Bridges Performance as well as the other actors were absolutely stellar but I had no idea just how great they were until I watched the film. Bridges performance was so unique and powerful that he received an Oscar Nomination for it. His bizarre voice in the film at times reminded me of the sling blade character. But I personally believe it was the young girls' performance that steals the show. Even when she wasn't speaking her raw emotion conveyed so much that you are drawn deeply into the well-crafted storyline. Brolin's brief role was also fantastic and again proves he's a powerful actor who can play diverse roles. I Highly Recommend this film and it's definately one that can be enjoyed multiple times.
