shipping should not be that much what you have listed with packaging will fit in a med flat rate through USPS and that only cost 10.95

it is a medium flat rate and I put the wrong shipping on thus item when I relisted. but paypal charges a fee when someone pays shipping so I charge $11.15.

ahh ok that explains the over amount...was scratching my head trying to figure out why....forgot about paypals bs fee...for when you dont sell on ebay but there is a way around that fee totally and i would be willing to show you how if you would like....and its not against their policy as they showed me how....

When did they do that? I use paypal to do shipping never get charged extra.

I dont know, but everytime i get a payment it takes a certain amount depending on the amount sent, but when i paid someone for shipping it stated that the seller has to pay a charge the buyer doesnt pay. i dont think thats fair but it charges cents for the payment and i charge exact amount so i can pay exact shipping because i dont have funds to cover shipping, so i have to charge the extra cents they charge for shipping payment.

ya is like 45 cent they charge. I send by send to family member and is like 45 cent unless u have funds in your paypal acct
