The form includes place for censor stamp to confirm the letter did not contain any information that might be of use to the enemy. This is a unique and hard to find piece of postal history for any collector of World War II items or stamps. PLEASE NOTE--POSTER SHOWN IS NOT INCLUDED AND ADDED FOR HISTORICAL INFORMATION ONLY!!

Thank you, my father was working on the Al-Can Highway in Alaska during the war and my mother used to write to him using V-Mail. She had a few extra left over forms and am offering one here. The idea was to save space on planes and ships. Hundreds of letters could be put on a roll of film. People have forgotten letters to and from military personnel were censored and the form has space for censor's stamp.
