it shows as you not being verified...

step one go add your address to your profile. . it will only be excepted this way. . not in email messages...

step 2 .. add your phone number.. it will send you a code to put it to verify that's your number. ..

connect your fb/Twitter account if you have one ..

do this from listia website .. I believe you go to your profile to do so.

getting started under the help section .. I believe .. gives you this info. ..

when you put your number in it gives you the option to text you the code. . or call u.. choose call.. an automated thing will call u with the code. . pretty quickly..
