Just a couple of quick questions before I put a bunch of credits out there: A volt battery is generally a specialty battery - does this car take a specialty battery teryu'or did you mean a '9-volt battery' in the controller? Also, the car, from the photos supplied, apppears to have been used. Was it ever used? Thanks so much! :)

yes the car is new when I buy toys for my kids I buy em by the bunch because I do have twins so I have to buy two or more also is a9 volt battery that you pick up at any dollar store if need be and to triple A's the car has never been used it's just that the box got torn in transitI have too many toys I have 4 children so there's always knew and use toys I will specify if they are new or if they're used. also I do delivered the merchandise next day or the day after in the mail with tracking
