a little less then a 8 1/2 by 11

I see you said the largest is a bit less than 8.5x11. What about the small pieces? How little do they go?

roughly estimated 3x5 some larger

the smallest is still big enough to do a card face or picture in scrapbook

I don't do actual scrapbooking, so I don't know what that would mean for size. I make journal books. Are the smallest ones at least 3x5?
