Here is what you are biding for;
A Lv50 Female Pikachu for Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. If the end amount is up to 500 credits the winner will get their choice of the cheat codes for Diamond or Pearl. If the end amount is 501-1000 credits the winner will get the cheat codes for both games. If the end amount goes over 1000 credits the winner will get a random event item's cheat codes for both games as well as the Pikachu. The cheat codes will ONLY be sent via digital delivery. The codes are PokeSav generated.

Does the winner have to have their saved game at any specific points?

I do when I use a cheat code that I never used before right before using it, but it's really up to the person that uses the codes if they want to save their game or not when using them

I meant do they have to be at a specific point in their game file, helpful on the saving though.

No. The codes can be activated at any point in the game. The Pikachu will appear in the 18th pc box in the first space.

Last question, does this code require an Action Replay device?
