Tons of stretch just below the bust for a flattering, perfect fit
Measurements laying out flat:
Armpit to armpit: 21 1/2
Just under bust where the stretch is available: 13 1/2 unstretched
Front shoulder to hem measures 46 inches and the back is a little longer, it's a bit of a hi-low skirt :)

Waist of dress all spread out: 27 inchesFront shoulder to hem measures 46 inches and the back is about 5 to 6 inches longer for the hi-low effect :)
