The maker is "Girly Things" and is based in Englishtown, NJ! It is 100% Polyester. But it is "Made in China" go figure! Anyways have fun and happy bidding!

Thank you! It looks so cute on also. I put the other one on my baby girl the other day and everyone commented on how cute she was and the outfit being adorable! Will try and get a picture on how it looks on in the next few days if I feel up to it!

It is beyond cute I will try to get a pic before auctions end of my little one in it. It is fluffy like with the layers of the under skirt. I definitely need to take a pic!
