These do run smaller than normal size 1's here in the USA! Even though it says on the package 8-14 lbs I did notice they ran smaller. I got them at a deal so thinking it could of been a misprint on the package was why as according to the website size 1 is (4lbs-11lbs)! This is a 40 count package as well! They are white with hearts all over the diaper!
