Here is an R4 card for the Nintendo DS...

I'm not sure how to use this or if it works, but i think these things are for playing games that are downloaded from an emulator (NES, SNES, Sega, etc.) to play on your DS Handheld Console. This is the first one that i have encountered.

It is in great condition (looks new), and i'm sure that if you know what your doing with this, it will work for you.

I'll try to answer any questions you might have. But i really don't know too much about these.

Well, when i updated the description, i mentioned that it does read in the DS (tested it with my daughter's DS), but i do not know how to find emulators or encode files and stuff like that, therefor, i cannot promise you anything but what i know for sure: it reads the card, but has zero data on it. But im guessing if it reads, then it should work fine, it looks brand new.

It is illegal to talk on your cell phone while driving, or walk across the street without the electronic hand telling you to do so, etc... Lol. Its really no big deal at all. And as i already stated, the R4 card is not illegal, or playing the games for that matter, but selling pirated games is, and still, no big deal. Please bid only if your feeling rebellious!

lroyal2 Yes, it is illegal to play illegal/pirated roms but there are also homebrew that have no copyright therefore the device itself is "Completely Legal" But is violates nintendos terms of use correct. But that is not law.

So it will need a micro SD card to work? Just curious. I don't know anything about the ds games or anything just what my son has and majority of his games. I didn't know you can download or pirate a ds game to be able to play it.

Yes, the Micro SD Card that i am adding is needed to download your DS Content. The R4 Card is like an SD, just sized to fit your Nintendo DS Handheld. If you do not know what you are doing with this card, it may get confusing. I would suggest, unless you know how to find emulators and transfer or encode certain data to your Micro SD to work in the R4, not to bid on this/these items.

R4 card is used to play pirated d's games on your ds. Though, seller should make sure it works as some r4 cards are fake, die instantly, or are too outdated.

No, i am sorry. It is an open item and theres no telling what people do to things when they get their hands on them. It will be given "AS IS", like in the description i left. But like i said, it looks great and should work judging by its condition.
