This is a hard cover book with 106 pages. It measures 4.5 x 3.75 inches.
Gilt stamped cover and spine on brown cloth, and all page edges gilted.
There is some wear to corners, top of spine and with exception to the top of the cover at spine (seen in picture 4 & 5) it's a nice, tight copy with clean, unmarked contents.

The photos at the end are without flash to help visualize some of the details.

It is cool! I like collecting old Nursing books and this happened to be amongst some I was looking at and I couldn't leave it behind :)

I agree I think it's in great condition for its age.
I enjoyed the last page where it lists "Gift Ideas" and the prices for the items at that time. I'm sure for then, those were pricey ;)
