Up for auction is a very good condition 100% working Apple iPhone 3GS. 32GB model with PLENTY of room for your music, movies, and apps. It is *unlocked* so you can use a SIM card from any GSM provider, and *jailbroken* so you can customize it any way you wish! Updated to the newest IOS for this model 6.1.6.

Everything works, WiFi, Bluetooth, camera, touchscreen, all buttons, etc. Screen is perfect with no cracks or scratches. There is some scuffing on the silver trim and back from normal use.

Thought you couldn't have an iPhone on your prepaid or contract plan? You probably can!! As you can see in the photos, I used this phone with a Simple Mobile SIM card. I have also taken photos showing it on the T-Mobile network and on the LycaMobile network.

For the 3G, I suggest checking out whited00r.com for details on baseband downgrade and Whited00r install. And search here for sim cards -- lots of sellers with various SIM cards that usually end at 499 - 1000 credits.

So with you answering PrismTea's question, even if you restore the phone it will still be unlocked for those of us who want to use it for Net10 or any other?

If you "restore" in iTunes, you would lose the unlock, but if you do a full wipe on the phone menus, it will keep the software unlock and you can still use Net10, etc. I will wipe the phone before shipping so the winner should be able to just insert their SIM card and go.

That's a great tech question; "Erase all content and settings" from the phone itself will preserve the jailbreak and unlock. However, since it is a software unlock, if you "restore" in iTunes, it will reflash the phone and you will lose the desirable baseband and jailbreak. It can be gotten back but takes a bit of work.

Sorry, only GSM networks that use a SIM card. That means no Sprint, Verizon, or Virgin Mobile.
