Thanks, I checked it out and the official website does say Bluetooth 3.0

The box states that Manufacture Date = June 2013.

The box and manual don't list the version so I pulled an old product description. I do believe this is 3.0. If it helps any,

I prefer cans on my ears, I have the dr dre studios. Earbuds fall out of my ear and are uncomfortable.
