You are bidding on 2 used dvds. One is prenatal pilates and one is postnatal pilates. Both dvds do not have the pamphlet that goes in it. They didnt have them when I bought them since I bought them used. Both work. I have done the prenatal dvd once and have never done the postnatal dvd.
