The listing, Beautiful Dragonfly Flower Egg Ornament with Chain has ended.

This is a beautiful blue egg with a dragonfly, and flowers on it. There are two tiny pearls on each side of the egg, and the flowers have tiny pink shiny stones in the center of them on each side of the egg. This measures 2.75" X 1.75". It is not glued together, but this is how I acquired it, so I'm leaving it to the new owner to glue it. Other than not being glued together, it is in great condition. I don't know what this is made of. The outside rim could possibly be wooden, but the inside is porcelain, or something with the same characteristics. It has a metal chain that hangs about 3.25". It is attached above the dragonfly on each side. The blue paint has a pearlescent look to it. I cannot say for sure if this is a reproduction or what year it's from. I really have no details on the history of it. I'm not sure what this originally was supposed to be, but it is a beautiful piece.

No, I don't, but it has the look of an original, and not a reproduction. I really would hate to guess, but I would say it looks like it was made somewhere earlier than the 60's. The blue paint has a pearlescent look, which I don't recall ever seeing, and I've been around for a while. :) Thanks for your interest.
