People sell nude dolls all the time. Some strip off the meet outfit, the one she wore when she was purchased, to sell. I have not seen any outfits that are American Girl on here.

Kids play with these dolls, so I don't expect them to have everything complete. I don't know much about the dolls, my niece doesn't play with this one, so I told her I would put it up for bid and she can use the credit to get something else on here. ^_^
