Yes and they said going by the MEID number that it wasn't compatible, I have heard that Sprint is the only service that you can not change carriers woth, not sure as I have had straight talk for years.

No, when I pull up the phone info on the phome it is in the persons name I won it from but it's not active, that account is close I just don't want to get in a contract otherwise I would use the phone cuz it's pretty neat.
