Description

The listing, *Like New* 10" Dell Mini 10 Netbook - HD Widescreen, GPS, TV Tuner, Warranty, Wireless + BT, 160GB! has ended.

Hello Listia Community, and welcome to my biggest auction. Ever. Valued at over $800 and boasting built-in GPS, a built-in HDTV tuner, the highest resolution screen found on a netbook, and many more features, this Dell netbook is the best netbook ever made. I only used it a handful of times, and it's in truly new condition. If you do happen to encounter any problems with it, there's still a warranty (read: features).

It features (technical specifications):

- Intel Atom Processor Z530, 1.6GHz, 533MHzFSB, 512K L2 Cache (This is the Z-series atom - faster FSB, lower power consumption)

- 10.1 Inch High Definition Widescreen Display (1366x768) (1366x768 is the highest display resolution currently on a netbook.

- Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 with HDMI out (Perfect for connecting to a TV)

- 160GB, 2.5inch, 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive (Room to store all those TV shows you record using...)

- Integrated TV Tuner! (Record all your favourite shows OTA in HD without a monthly subscription! Ext. antenna not required, but recommended. Not incl.)

- Full integrated GPS! (Take it in the car for trips for use with your favorite GPS software!)

- Ice blue in color.

- Warranty! Two years after 9/6/2009. One year Lo-Jack theft security after that date.

- Built-in Dell Wireless 1397 802.11 Half Mini Card

- Bluetooth

- 28WHr Lithium-Ion Battery

- 1.3 MP built-in flush webcam.

- All packaging and restore discs.

Free shipping within the US. When I bought this, I simply found the best netbook and added every single feature available.

Craig is a neat guy!
No Dinosaurs in this one!
Many points are yours!
(I honestly can't believe I remembered how to do a Haiku, it's been 15 years since I was in school....) It's a little weak, but I had to use points instead of credits because, well, then it wouldn't have been a haiku. Also, to all who wonder why Craig wants so many credits? The Ipad? possibly, but what the heck is it any of your business. Craig's credits are his
they are not yours to know of
stop being nosy....
there, TWO haikus, I should get plus 2 for that

This is really impressive, Craig... I'm guessing you want to secure the iPad with some of these credits.
No haiku from me this time, I'm too lazy to think right now.

why would you get rid of something so beautiful?
Mar 17th, 2010 at 9:30:12 PM PDT by
Original
Well I just don't find myself using it too much... I use my Mac for everything and now that my phone has GPS, I don't use the GPS on it either. I figured someone else could get some good use out of it.

Haha actually I bought it about six months ago. Here's why:

I just bought a MacBook Pro 15 and was really scared about taking it anywhere... I had it in 3 cases and I ended up using it as my desktop and was too afraid I would scratch/break it if I took it in the car or on trips. Eventually (about 6 months :)), I started taking it everywhere, despite its size, as it runs Dreamweaver and Photoshop faster due to the Nvidia card.

Now I just don't take this great little machine anywhere and figure that someone can use it or make it a great addition to their normal laptop.

Yes, I've always loved dells and I think they're only second to macs :).

I have a MacBook Pro 15 (what I'm using to type this now) and love it like a first-born child.

Can I ask younz a silly ? what exactly ARE rewards auctions? Also how do ppl get featured auctions? I never see anything about the featured, popular, rewards & charity on any of the pages what they entail or how u do them? I dont really understand any of those things...well i get popular is well popular lol but the rest I dont understand? and how they are longer.

Ok, so a reward auction is an auction to reward active users. These listings are put up only by Listia.

To get an auction featured, just list cool stuff. If Listia finds it cool, they'll feature it.

Charity is an option you can pick when you list your listing. You do not receive the credits when your listing sells in a charity auction.

Rewards auctions are currently the only auctions that can exceed a 10 day duration.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

I do know. It's a really tough process though, unlike the 10v. Many places will tell you it's simply not possible due to the semi-incompatible graphics card (GMA 500 instead of 450 on the 10v).

I've done it though. If you or someone else wins it and needs help with this, email me and I'll help you. Right now there are about 6 people in the US that have hackintoshed a Mini 10. (not 10v, 10v is easy to Hackintosh.)

I'd acquire many points
But I don't, can't, won't.
