Size 2T-4T girls Kitty Cat Halloween Costume. Worn only once for a few hours on Halloween Night 2013, has been kept stored away in a ziploc bag ever since.
No rips, tears, stains, etc. Practically brand new condition.
What you're getting:
Dress
Gloves
Tail
Headband with ears
Pantyhose

Winner:
You have 7 days after the auction ends to send me your VERIFIED address. It has to be verified. I will not accept any address through the messaging system. Failure to comply with the rules will result in you forfeiting your credits and me re-listing this item.

Once the auction ends, and after I receive shipping address, I will ship out within the 7 day time frame, tracking included. Please be patient for the delivery, as the postal service tends to take a bit to deliver. I have absolutely no control how long they take to deliver, so please do not complain about it taking too long to me, I don't run the postal service.

I know I had verified my Facebook, twitter, and bank (through PayPal). But still did not get my level 1 verified badge until I did my phone.
So not sure if you need to do all 4 or the phone and bank? I Just know how I got it. :)
I know most sellers want bidders to have verified address but I understand those who want bidders to have verified accounts also.

Not sure if another way to get level 1 is to get your seller wings by getting 5 positive rating from auctions?

I would like to bid. But if your refering to having to put my credit card info over the computer i wont do it. I have been with listia for years and have good feedback. Not being rude but your only gonna lose credits cause some people dont like putting card info over the computer and im one of them

I completely understand that. But I don't think you have to verify credit card, I believe it verifies your account when you verify your phone number.

You do have to put your bank account/credit card info down to become a completely verified member BUT you can use your PayPal account instead, which is what I did when I got verified.

Hmm, I've seen a lot of verified members who haven't verified credit card, or even paypal, just their phone numbers. I don't think you have to verify that information to become a verified member.

Only verified phone number, but a level 1 verified member.
Is there anything above level 1 verified? I haven't seen anyone above level 1 yet, so I'm curious on that =)

LISTEN EVERYONE!!!! To clear up what being a VERIFIED member means, it means you must do one of 4 things! You must verify your Facebook account, or your twitter account, or your phone number OR your banck account information. They want one of the 4 to make sure you are a real person and NOT a bot.

I see plenty of people, unverified, with their facebook or Twitter connect. I'm pretty sure to receive the verified status you must at least verify phone number OR bank account. I know I didn't receive my verificattion, 2 years ago, until I verified my phone number. Guess they changed it. Thank you :)
