Yeah, Canada Post locked out the employees cause the employees were doing rolling strikes (so not delivering mail for 1 day in rotating cities - which really wasn't an issue for most people). It's only been for a few days now and the government is looking to legislate everyone back to work - so hopefully it won't be too long.
