Description

The listing, Jewish Shema Yisrael Prayer Charm Sterling Silver 925 has ended.

First, I pray that this listing does not offend anyone and I ask for insight into the item should my description be incorrect. I garnered my knowledge from an acquaintance and it may be incorrect so I would appreciate any and all correction!

I was told that this is a Shema Yisrael prayer pendant of the Jewish faith. She said that it may have been with a couple of other charms that complete the prayer. The complete prayer charms would have read "Hear, O Israel: the Lord is our God, the Lord is One" She said this reads "O Israel". Again.... I doubt she would lie, but she is very young so she may not be 100% correct so I appreciate any corrections!

I placed no GIN on this because I would like someone of the faith to win it and used it for it's purpose and for it not to be used as scrap. Hopefully no GIN with deter this.

Thank you for looking!

I believe it actually says Shaddai which is one of the Jewish names for G-d.

Thank you for that input. I had someone else message me and say the same thing.

Mashalibby is correct. It is also the name most commonly displayed on a mezuzah affixed to the doorways.
