Is it a stretchy material? Do you think it will shrink alot once washed and dried?

If you wear a 14-16 top it should fit. It is strechy but not a whole lot. I would wash it and hang it up to dry if you are afraid of shrinkage

Cute top, can you tell what the material is made of and what the measurement is from armpit to armpit?

The material is 85% polyester and 15% linen. Arm pit to arm pit a little over 20 inches. I am a 38 c and it fit's very well through that area.
