I guess I'm going to have to start putting "Brand New" in the description because I have been asked this before, but I don't know who in their right mind would list used lipstick! That is just gross! But to answer your question yes it is new I just got it about a week ago, and it has never been used! Thank you. Bridget

No problem, sorry about the rant. It is against listia rules to list used makeup, you should have gotten your credits back.
