Across the middle is 6 inches. Around the edges is 20 inches. The ruffling around the edges is at least double .Each little ruffle is 3 colors Pink, blue yellow or purple, pink and green. This is a beautiful little well made piece.

The edging is a very tiny tight crochet stitch. The grandma (most likely) likely who made this piece was an expert crocheter. I have never seen the tiny, tight crocheting with double ruffles like this.
