Bought this from an Antique dealer In the early 80's,was told it was from the 30's or 40's! It's all brass with a coating of some sort ! Forgot what its called! Choker style,17 in. A really gorgeous piece!! I ship first class,with tracking! No returns! No buyers remorse!
