This is for a tutu dress. Buyer picks the colors. It can fit up to a 4T or larger on a smaller child. (can not guarantee it will fit on a larger child)

I make these and sell these for roughly $9.00. But you can get one for free!

Color choices are indicated on the other picture.

These dresses take about 3 weeks to complete.
