that's armpit to armpit, To the shoulder to the end of the arm is 20". From the the shoulder to the bottom is 29"

is it dirty at all on the collar/white part? the pics make it look like that but it could just be the picture/angle . do you take paypal for shipping fees? and is it from a smoke free home or does it have any smoky or other (aside from leather) odor? thanks!
