Rolling Christmas Stamp. It does not have a maker, but says Made in West Germany on the inside of the handle. The roller part of the stamp is a hard plastic, not rubber. I think it is used to craft your own Christmas wrap, but Im not 100% sure. This item LOOKS new, in that there are no traces of ink or paint, and is very clean. Rolling stamp surface has Christmas tree, reef, Santa, angles and more! very cute!
