Its in dispute. .. hes trying that claim that it was a legitimate auction and that he made it clear that it was an empty box, which never happened... i would never pay 140,000 credits for an empty bos..... he kept saying "1 controller, xbox 360 console, 2 games, and hookups". "Includes everything that originally came in the box"...now he claims he ment the pictures on the box..RIDICULOUS!! Rickster95670 is a con artist. .. He played word games to try and cheat me.out of credits.... now i have to wait for Listia to go thru everything and hope that they see what happened... he intentionally misrepresentation and misled me and that in itself is against Listia rules....
At least there are ppl like you and I on Listia that can actually be trusted... but he gives everyone a bad name and Definitely gives Listia a bad name...
Hopefully They can see thru his con and deceit. .
