only if at&t offers to flash it to their own service. Although I don't know if metro pcs phones can be flashed to other services, but i have had other phone flashed to metro pcs. You will have to ask metro pcs and at&t both if it will work your way because in my experience metro pcs phones can not be flashed to any other services.

No and I do not think any of the Metro PCS phone do, however when you open the phone back, there is a slot for a micro card (not included) thanks for asking.
