This iPod is being offered as is - It DOES work, but must be charged for @3-4 hours before it will work after mailing. The battery needs replaced, the bottom 1cm track of the touch screen is finicky when not fully charged, but none of this affects the storage, sound or overall music playback at all. It's actually a great unit for outdoor use, but it would be even better as a jukebox for an iHome etc. I will provide a charging USB cord with it. See the pictures for details, the back is heavily worn and the front had many tiny scratches, but nothing really that terrible when on & won't affect playing. Just being honest ! I require a $4.50 shipping fee through paypal for this item, as it needs to be sent safely. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions !!! Fully charged, it plays music for about 2 hours, plugged in it's no issue. As I said, it would be awesome for an iHome or permanent plug in item as is ! It will be reset to factory for the new owner...
