The listing, Amazon Kindle Fire 1st Gen 8GB Needs Repaired has ended.

This Kindle Fire is offered as-is - It does work, but needs a fairly simple repair done to the charging jack. Many places can do this for less than $15-20 or you can youtube and try it yourself. Pics were taken on the last few minutes of the charge to show it does work, but will need the charge point fixed. There is a crack/damage on the top, and a small scuff on the bottom, but nothing that affects the use. Other than that, it will work well when repaired. The new part is in a bag in the original Amazon Box. No Buyer's Remorse !!! Thanks for looking !!!

when you say damage too top is it glass screen or plastic thats done ? thanks

The glass is in very good shape, no dead spots or touch issues at all - it's just a crack in the top plastic corner. The unit was photographed when there was still a charge, it will need to be repaired to recharge it properly. It's really a good unit but only needs the charging port connector fixed.
