****TY Beanie Baby 'I <3 Louisiana" from 2005, in Honor of Hurricane Katrina and The Red Cross. He measures approx. 5.5" seated, & has been stored in a ziplock bag inside a plastic bin since purchase and has never been played with or displayed. His ear tag reads:

I Love These! I'm in Texas and alot of displaced Hurricane Victims came to Us for Shelter---Never seen these but I know there where alot of Fundraisers to Help!!
