This phone is NOT carrier unlocked, I am not the original owner, and I cannot unlock this device for use with any carrier other than At&t. This phone will come factory reset, no Icloud lock, no passcode. It is 16 GB, and as with every Iphone it's not expandable. I can ship this phone with an AT&T simcard if needed. I will ship ONLY to a Listia verified address, I pay shipping to USA,with tracking. If requested I can ship to Canada at buyers expense, only if requested. The power button on this phone works when it wants to, but I'm sure is an easy repair for anyone who knows how. I will add pics of the phone turned on in a few moments, I'm charging the phone, and didn't think I would be done with the description this quickly.
