well,they finally did it.you are now bidding on an item that cost at a fixed price--107,000 credits.this auction has 4 days left and the bid is presently at 100, 000 credits.the bidding will end with an over inflated amount of credits which far exceeds the worth of the item..when you use all or a good part of your credits to win an auction and if you need an immediate amount of credits{without running an auction}, listia is the way you go...listia wins hands down---THATS SHOW BIZ---

It should be renamed the auction store instead of the Rewards store, as there is no reward in having to get outbid on everything that you're trying to reward yourself with.

Things must not be going very well at Listia corporate these days if they had to resort to doing something like this. I guess they burned through the money they got in the last seed round of funding and those pop-up Ads just aren't paying the bills.

My comments keep getting deleted...hmmm. We make up this site, without the users listing items, listia is nothing! Ive been here for years through alot of changes but now... i see listia going under if they dont fix it and make the users happy. And since my comments keep getting deleted i will say it again...
Its not a store if you cant buy it and paying 4 times the cost, is not a reward!!

Hi listians--let us say that listia reverts back to the original reward store with gins---the problem now is that listia will list new items never listed before at a much higher gin price.--either way it is a no win situation.

Read Wiki about Listia.... section on inflation... rewards store in theory should fight all the overbids by getting credits out of circulation, but in the end, it's a free market, as long as there is no "counterfeit" currency, it's fair that things go to the highest bidder, that's economics.

This is not a fair way to do the reward store. It only comes down to who has the most credits. Now you have to wait to auctions are done,which is not right. Hope you go back to the regular reward store.

Just an added note listians--this item sells at walmart for $55.00-this auction is presently at 100,000 credits--to buy credits from listia for this amount of credits discounted , you would have to spend $100 from your pocket.think about that

Go to the blog on the right bottom of this page and hit the comments button to tell Listia about their new (Rewards Store ?????). Let them know that the new changes are ridiculous and unfair!
