I don't see why not but I don't use Paypal so you would have to send money in the mail(or I'd accept a e-gift card of similar amount to walmart or something). Probably be around $3.00

I never used it before so I can't say off hand, the dvd tells you how to use it, along with many tips. :) My green cheek Conure would prob bite me too if i tried lol.
