Hi Gary, Yes it is. When you go through those couple of small extra steps it shows other Listian's that you are serious about auctioning and bidding on the site.
There are a lot of new Lisitian's that start out with a really high bid item. When they don't realize until after an auction they are not getting the amount of credits they we expecting they don't fulfill the contract. They don't release the credits for the item so the winning Lisitan .usually has a large amount of credits hanging in limbo for the next 5 days.
It has gotten to be most annoying and a lot of Listians are no longer willing to give new people a chance.
I do remember, however, being new and someone giving me a chance.
